Breakfasts
The breakfast offer is both varied and nutritious, perfect to start the day loaded with energy. We offer a continental breakfast in two buffet areas, and other products upon request (eggs, bacon, premium cheeses, Iberian ham …). Served in the restaurant, we have an indoor and an outdoor area, as well as room service for hotel guests. Breakfast is available for our hotel guests and non-residents prior reservation.
Snacks
Our restaurant offers a small but complete lunch menu for midday, with a friendly and casual service, available every day (Monday to Sunday) for both hotel guests and non-guests.
Dinners
For those who visit the restaurant at night, the highlight is set on the attention to detail. How do we achieve it? Pampering the local product with trusted suppliers and combining it with our own vegetables, herbs and aromatic herbs; elaborating all our recipes from scratch, extracting the properties of each ingredient and combining them to achieve surprising gastronomic proposals that will leave no one indifferent.
We believe in, and bet on, Menorcan cuisine, and those of the countries that surround us in the Mediterranean. That is why our current menu is the result of the combination of the islands recipes, reinvented by our chefs that will surprise the most demanding palate, and our classic dishes with French and European influences that have been accompanying us for years and delight our loyal customers. Our restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday.
